EnableNow & WalkMe: A New Chapter

On Sept 12, 2024, SAP announced the acquisition of WalkMe, and the deal has been finalized. While this is exciting news, SAP has a similar product that sometimes competes with WalkMe called EnableNow many clients are currently asking, how will this duplication be handled?

Both EnableNow and WalkMe are focused on Digital Adoption. Their goal is to ease the transition to and maximize ongoing adoption of enterprise applications. They maximize the benefit of your application investment by helping end-users use the application productively and efficiently. Like a GPS they can guide users through complex flows and provide critical information on important fields. Additionally, these platforms can automate process steps, provide deep analytical information to improve processes flows, which can reduce support tickets, improve ROI, save end-user time, reduce errors, and drive digital transformation.
