GuideMe supported the enablement and implementation of WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform through a customized solution strategy to Alteryx’s specific requirements and ensured that Alteryx’ internal team was trained and enabled to continue to use WalkMe to develop additional processes and support future system changes.

As the Alteryx team learned how to utilize WalkMe, they created a guide, as well as SmartTips, to walk users through their applications tools and the value they bring. 

As GM enabled the Alteryx Team, they became more proficient with WalkMe. They were able to create a guided end-user experience including smart walkthroughs and smart tips, increasing end-user engagement and showcasing the value of Designer Cloud Platform.
